We found Dave and his whole team to be very professional through out our project . Dave initially advised us of all the work required to fully renovate a 4 bed roomed Victorian property and the budget required to do this . Dave was very thorough and advised of all the work we would need to do to fully modernise this included full damp course re plaster – new floors wood and tiled – fully fitted new kitchen laundry – new bathrooms and wiring -full paint every room . Dave was very creative and throughout the project kept us informed daily as we were not in Rhosneigr – Dave advised on taking a wall out to make a bigger kitchen – it was the best idea . He also advised on re modelling the bathroom to make more space . Dave took us to his suppliers and helped and advised on the right choice of material . We finished on schedule 8 weeks to the day .The house exceeded our expectations  !We could not recommend him more highly he is very trustworthy – professional and easy to work with and mindful of budget. . He did a brilliant job !!!
