From plot of land to cutting edge new building. D&G were able to put together an impressive building nestled onto the hillside that looks like a bungalow from street level but hides an impressive secret out back.

Renovation and extension, the work on this house transformed it. If it didn’t stand out enough before, by the end of the works it certainly did. Curved windows, curved benches, the work was challenging and different.

Step 1, gut the house. Step 2, rebuild it. This was a great project that brought the whole house back up to date.Slate roof, modern render, new windows and feature wood cladding.

Extension and renovation. Take what you’re given and build up on it. It’s not always necessary to start from a clean slate to get awesome results!

Old house just wasn’t taking full advantage of the land and potential views. As a dated shell, we stripped it out and let it blossom into something much more majestic.
